IDT49FCT3805DQI Overview


A SSOP case is used for packaging. For normal operation, 133MHz is the maximum value. A total of 20 terminations are present in it. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. There are 20 pins on timeing clock. The clock divider is located in Clock Drivers. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. The buffer IC belongs to the FCT family. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.6V. It uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 3V in order for the clock divider to operate normally. A 3.3V volt supply powers it. There are currently 5 true outputs available in the system.
