It's a electronic part of the SOIC package. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 100MHz. In it, there are 20 terminations. With a voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, it can handle up to a maximum of 3.6VV. As low as possible, the voltage source of the clock divider can be 3V. In order to achieve maximum efficiency, the supply voltage should be kept at 3.3V. The clock divider consumes 10μA quiescent current, and it is unaffected by external factors.
