IDT49FCT3805AQ Overview


It is available in the case QSOP for this cut smart buffer. Normal operation is limited to 100MHz. There are 20 terminations in it. With a voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. It has a pin count of 20 on it. The 20 pins are utilized for operation. The clock divider is contained within Clock Drivers. At a minimum working temperature of 0°C, it maintains reliability. Having a maximum operating temperature of 70°C enables stable operation. The buffer IC belongs to the FCT family. It uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. As a default, it is set to output 10. It can handle maximum supply voltages of 3.6VV. As low as possible, the voltage source of the clock divider can be 3V. It is recommended that the supply voltage be kept at 3.3V for maximum efficiency. The clock divider consumes 10μA quiescent current, and it is unaffected by external factors.
