IDT23S08E-2DCG Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Approximately 3.6V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform 0°C operations at a time. The operating temperature should be lower than 70°C. The clock PLL is generally classified as a Clock Drivers device. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.4 ns max. This digital clock generator is configured with 8 high true output enable pins. This PLL belongs to the family of 23S. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER.
