IDT2309B-1DCG Overview


This clock generator is embedded in the SOIC package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133MHz is available. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.6V. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 16-bit output. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform 0°C operations simultaneously. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance.
