IDT2309A-1HPGG Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 16 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 133MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 3V. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are -40°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. At 0.25 ns Max, this analog clock generator exhibits low timing skew.
