IDT2309A-1HDCG8 Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Digi-Reel? package is used. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. The clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 16 pins. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform 0°C operations at a time. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 70°C with a reduced performance. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Drivers. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.25 ns. The clock generator is configured with 8 pins for enabling true outputs. By searching for the 2309 family, it is possible to find similar electrical components. A PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuit uses this time clock generator as its main component.
