IDT2309-1DCGI8 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance.
