As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
