IDT2305-1HDCG8 Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum.
