ICS91305AMLFT Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 8 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 133MHz Max. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3V. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 8-bit output. There are 0°C operations that can be performed on this clock generator, which has impressive low-temperature performance. At 70°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. There is a low timing skew at 0.25 nsmax with this RF synthesizer. The digital clock generator has 5 high-enable output pins.
