This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the SOIC package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. There are 8 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133MHz is available. 3.6V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. It is a 8-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors.
