ICS889871AKLFT Overview


The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 2GHz. A total of 16 terminations have been found in it. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 3.3V. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. A pin count of 16 can be found on it. For operation, 16 pins are used. The clock divider is contained within Clock Drivers. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. Vsup is set to 3.63V as the maximum supply voltage. An IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used in this project as a logic chip. To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 2.375V. Power is provided by a 2.5/3.3V volt source. It is possible to get 3 true outputs. With the help of this gadget, ECL MODE: VCC= 0V WITH VEE= -2.375 TO -3.465V can also be obtained.
