ICS87951AYILFT Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the LQFP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 32 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 180MHz maximum. Clock generators can take up to 3.465V of power as a maximum supply voltageIt is a 32-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C. A Clock Drivers clock generator is essentially what this device is. At maximum 0.75 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew. There are 9 pins configured for enabling high true outputs on this clock generator. A PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuit uses this time clock generator as its main component.
