In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. In normal operation, 16MHz is the maximum value. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliable operation. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation.
