ICS854104AGLFT Overview


A TSSOP case is used for packaging. It is packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). Normal operation is limited to 700MHz. There are 16 terminations in it. The supply voltage of 3.3V can be used to achieve high efficiency. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 16 pins. Temperatures below 0°C are required to keep it reliable. Stable operation is enabled by the maximum operating temperature of 70°C. This value is set to 3.465V for the maximum available supply voltage (Vsup). A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. It is possible to get 4 true outputs.
