ICS853S024AYLFT Overview
TQFP case is available for the cut smart buffer. It is available in the case Tape & Reel (TR). Under normal circumstances, 1.5GHz is the maximum value. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. For operation, 64 pins are used. To maintain reliability, it operates at a minimum working temperature of 0°C degrees Celsius. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 70°C.
