ICS853S024AYLF Overview
TQFP case is available for the cut smart buffer. Normal operation is limited to 1.5GHz. It's in the way of Surface Mount. Operation is performed with 64 pins. A minimum working temperature of 0°C is required to maintain its reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 70°C. By default, it is set to output 24. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.465VV that can be handled by the clock divider. With a source voltage of 2.375V, it is possible to achieve optimal results.
