As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in TSSOP. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 750MHz. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. Temperatures below 0°C are required to keep it reliable. Stable operation is enabled by the maximum operating temperature of 70°C.
