ICS85320AMILFT Overview


There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in SOIC. It is packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 267MHz. In it, there are 8 terminations. Using a supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 8 on timeing clock. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. There is a 2.625V maximum supply voltage set (Vsup). It is recommended to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 2.375V to ensure normal operation. As a result of utilizing this gadget, CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH 3.3V SUPPLY is also available. There is a configuration of 1 bits in it.
