ICS85314BMI01LFT Overview


There is a case option of SOIC available for this clock divider. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) packaged with it. For normal operation, 700MHz is the maximum value. A total of 20 terminations are present. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 20 on timeing clock. It is contained in Clock Drivers. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. When the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C, stable operation is ensured. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.8V. A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used for this application. Normal operation requires a voltage above 2.375V for the supply voltage (Vsup). There is a 2.5/3.3V volt supply that powers the timeing clock. We are able to produce 5 true outputs.
