A TSSOP case is used for packaging. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. Normal operation is limited to 700MHz. A total of 20 terminations are present in it. Supply voltages of 3.3V are capable of achieving high efficiency. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. A pin count of 20 can be found on it. It is contained in Clock Drivers. Temperatures below -40°C are required to keep it reliable. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature that ensures stable operation. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.8V.
