ICS85311AMLFT Overview


There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in SOIC. This package is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 1GHz. 8 terminations have been recorded. Supply voltages of 2.5V allow for high efficiency. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 8 on timeing clock. I have enclosed this circuit clock in Clock Drivers for your convenience. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than 0°C. By operating at 70°C degrees Celsius, stable operation is enabled. It's set to 2.625V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is the value of the logic IC used in this circuit. It is important to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 2.375V in order to ensure normal operation. The timeing clock is powered by a power supply of 2.5/3.3V volts.
