ICS853111AY-02LFT Overview


A LQFP case is used for packaging. It is available in the case Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 3.2GHz. It contains 32 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of providing high efficiency. In the direction of Surface Mount, it is placed. The clock buffer contains 32 pins. The circuit clock is contained in Clock Drivers. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. In this case, Vsup will be set to 3.8V (decimal). A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used for this application. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.375V. Power for the clock buffer comes from a -2.5/-3.3/2.5/3.3V volt supply. It is possible to get 10 true outputs. This gadget can also be used to obtain ECL MODE: VCC=0V WITH VEE=-2.375V TO -3.8V.
