ICS853031AYLFT Overview


The clock divider is available in LQFP case. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In normal operation, 1.6GHz is the maximum value. It has 32 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of providing high efficiency. It's in the way of Surface Mount. There are 32 pins on timeing clock. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -40°C. Stable operation is enabled by the maximum operating temperature of 85°C. It's set to 3.465V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). The circuit uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER as the input. As a rule, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.375V for normal operation. We are able to produce 9 true outputs. It is also possible to obtain ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.465V by using this gadget.
