ICS853014BGLFT Overview


TSSOP case is available for the cut smart buffer. It's?packaged?in?the?form?of?a Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 2GHz. It contains 20 terminations. Supply voltages of 3.3V allow for high efficiency. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. The clock buffer contains 20 pins. I have enclosed this circuit clock in Clock Drivers for your convenience. For maintaining reliability, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. Vsup is set to 3.8V as the maximum supply voltage. An IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used in this project as a logic chip. A voltage higher than 2.375V is necessary for normal operation of the system. There is a voltage supply of +-2.5/+-3.3V volts for powering it. It is possible to obtain 5 true outputs. When utilizing this gadget, ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V can also be obtained.
