It's a electronic part of the SOIC package. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. Normal operation is limited to 3GHz. It has 8 terminations. Supply voltages of 3.3V allow for high efficiency. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 8 pins. During operation, 8 pins are used. There is an embedded device in Clock Drivers containing this circuit clock. Temperatures below -40°C are required to keep it reliable. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature that ensures stable operation. With a LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic IC, it works.
