ICS853006AGLFT Overview


There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in TSSOP. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to it. There is a maximum value of 2GHz for normal operation. A total of 20 terminations have been found in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 3.3V supply voltage. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. On this board, there is a pin count of 20. It is designed to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C in order to maintain reliability. Having a maximum operating temperature of 85°C enables stable operation. The gadget belongs to the 853006 family of clock buffers. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.465V. An IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used in this project as a logic chip. As a rule, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.375V for normal operation.
