A LCC case is used for packaging. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Normal operation has a maximum value of 500MHz. A total of 28 terminations are present. With a voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. On this board, there is a pin count of 28. It is contained in Clock Drivers.
