ICS85210AY-31LF Overview


The clock divider is available in LQFP case. The maximum value for normal operation is 650MHz. There are 32 terminations in it. The supply voltage of 3.3V can be used to achieve high efficiency. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. There are 32 pins on the clock buffer. It is contained in Clock Drivers. A minimum temperature of 0°C is required for reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 70°C. It's set to 3.465V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). It uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 3.135V. It is powered by a 3.3V volt supply. It is possible to obtain 5 true outputs.
