ICS8520DYLFT Overview


LQFP case is available for the cut smart buffer. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, 500MHz is the maximum value. A total of 48 terminations are present. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 48 on timeing clock. There is a circuit clock contained within Clock Drivers that is responsible for this function. At a minimum working temperature of 0°C, it maintains reliable operation. Having a maximum operating temperature of 70°C enables stable operation. The gadget belongs to the 8520 family of clock buffers. It's set to 3.465V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). It uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. A supply of 3.3V volts is needed to power it. A total of 16 outputs are available.
