It is package in LQFP case. It is available in the case Tape & Reel (TR). Normal operation has a maximum value of 700MHz. A total of 48 terminations are present. With a voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. 48 pins are present on timeing clock.
