ICS85102AGILFT Overview


It's a electronic part of the TSSOP package. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In normal operation, 500MHz is the maximum value. A total of 16 terminations are present in it. The supply voltage of 3.3V can be used to achieve high efficiency. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. It has a number of pins of 16. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -40°C. Having a maximum operating temperature of 85°C enables stable operation. In this case, Vsup will be set to 3.63V (decimal). A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used for this application.
