TQFP case is available for the cut smart buffer. In normal operation, 250MHz is the maximum value. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is 0°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 70°C.
