As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in LQFP. It is normal to operate with a value of 250MHz. In the direction of Surface Mount, it is placed. At a minimum working temperature of 0°C, it maintains reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 70°C.
