ICS850S1601AGILF Overview


LCC case is available for the cut smart buffer. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 160MHz. In the direction of Surface Mount, it is placed. The 24 pins are used for operation. In order to maintain reliability, the maximum operating temperature is -40°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C.
