ICS8501BYLFT Overview


As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in LQFP. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). In normal operation, 500MHz is the maximum value. A total of 48 terminations are present. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 3.3V supply voltage. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. 48 pins are present on timeing clock. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than 0°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 70°C. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.465V. A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. A total of 16 outputs are available.
