As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. SOIC contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 28 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An upper frequency limit of 700MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.465V.
