ICS83948AYILFT Overview
It is available in the case TQFP for this cut smart buffer. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 250MHz. A total of 32 terminations have been found in it. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 32. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation.
