ICS83948AYILF Overview


A LQFP case is used for packaging. Normal operation is limited to 250MHz. It has 32 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. With a voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. It's in the way of Surface Mount. It has a pin count of 32. A cut smart buffer of this type is contained in Clock Drivers. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliable operation. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. It is part of the 83948 family of electronic buffer ICs. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.6V. In this clock divider, a logic IC with the value LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 3V in order for the clock divider to operate normally. A 3.3V volt supply powers it. We are able to produce 12 true outputs.
