ICS83948AYI-01LFT Overview


A LQFP case is used for packaging. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 150MHz. It contains 32 terminations. Supply voltages of 3.3V are capable of achieving high efficiency. Surface Mount is placed within the way of this object. The pin count is 32. A minimum temperature of -40°C is required for reliability. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) has been set to 3.6V. In this clock divider, a logic IC with the value LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. A voltage higher than 3V is necessary for normal operation of the system. It is possible to obtain 12 true outputs.
