A LQFP case is used for packaging. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). Normal operation has a maximum value of 250MHz. 32 terminations have been recorded. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 2.5V supply voltage. This item is positioned in the way of Surface Mount. There are 32 pins on the clock buffer. For maintaining reliability, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. A member of the 83947 family, this gadget is a timeing clock. Vsup is set to 2.625V as the maximum supply voltage. LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is the value of the logic IC used.
