ICS83940DYLFT Overview


A LQFP case is used for packaging. It is packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 250MHz. A total of 32 terminations are present in it. With a voltage of 2.5V, high efficiency is possible. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 32 pins. This clock divider?is econtained in Clock Drivers. At a minimum working temperature of 0°C, it maintains reliable operation. Stable operation is enabled by the maximum operating temperature of 70°C. The gadget belongs to the 83940 family. This value is set to 2.625V for the maximum available supply voltage (Vsup). LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is the value of the logic IC used in this circuit. A voltage higher than 2.375V is necessary for normal operation of the system. It is powered by a 2.5/3.33.3V volt supply. True outputs are available in 18. In addition, ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY can be obtained when using this gadget.
