ICS83940DYILFT Overview
A LQFP case is used for packaging. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 250MHz. There are 32 terminations in it. With a supply voltage of 2.5V, high efficiency is possible. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. A pin count of 32 can be found on it. It is designed to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C in order to maintain reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. The buffer IC belongs to the 83940 family. In this case, Vsup will be set to 2.625V (decimal). A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used for this application. Normal operation requires a voltage above 2.375V for the supply voltage (Vsup). 18 true outputs are available. It is also possible to obtain ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY by using this gadget.
