There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in SOIC. Under normal circumstances, 350MHz is the maximum value. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C.
