ICS83021AMILFT Overview


It is available in the case SOIC for this cut smart buffer. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). Normal operation is limited to 350MHz. In it, there are 8 terminations. Using a supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. On this board, there is a pin count of 8. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Level Translators that is used for this purpose. For maintaining reliability, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C. Having a maximum operating temperature of 85°C enables stable operation. There is 2.625V maximum supply voltage (Vsup). In order to maintain normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.375V. Power is provided by a 2.5/3.3V volt source.
