ICS83021AMILF Overview
A SOIC case is used for packaging. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 350MHz. A total of 8 terminations are present in it. Supply voltages of 2.5V allow for high efficiency. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. It has a number of pins of 8. It is operated using the 8 pins. For maintaining reliability, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. A maximum supply voltage of 3.6VV can be applied to it. As low as possible, it can be worked with a source voltage of 3V, or as close to that as possible. This clock buffer is configured as a 1 bit device.
