ICS7151M-10LFT Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 8 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 33.4MHz maximum. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform 0°C operations simultaneously. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 70°C.
