ICS673M-01ILF Overview

In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER. When this RF synthesizer is operated at its maximum current, it will supply 15mA. STANDARD input conditioning converts physical input signals into control signals.
