ICS673M-01ILF Overview


In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 16-bit output. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 16 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs 0°C operations per second. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 5V SUPPLY. There are 2 pins that are configured to enable high true output on this analog clock generator. The 673 family of parts can be used to find electric parts that are similar to each other. A voltage of more than 5.25V will not be suitable for powering this clock generator. Powered by 3.13V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER. When this RF synthesizer is operated at its maximum current, it will supply 15mA. STANDARD input conditioning converts physical input signals into control signals.
