ICS671M-01LFT Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 160MHz. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 5.5V. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. At 0.25 ns Max, this clock generator offers low timing skew.
